Roneta is able to manage the group’s finances, take care of many IT issues and provide countless services to the coordinator.

These include tracking down information, printing off photographs, preparing signage for community display in the community house, as well as responding to a host of other requests.
Additionally, Roneta manages the office at times when the coordinator is absent. This entails dealing with the public (people come in – ad hoc – with general enquiries, to use the photocopier, to pay for advertising or for a variety of other reasons), responding to telephone requests, ensuring rooms are readied and classes running smoothly.

Relief of many daily administrative tasks

I first contacted Roneta to compile and prepare firm policies and documents required by CPA. This has since evolved into the relief of many daily administrative tasks, data entry, report preparation and the standardisation of work flow tasks. Roneta has always approached jobs promptly and efficiently with very little guidance. This has been a huge relief as I have limited time to put towards “training”. I email a rough guide of what I need and she quickly turns it into the professional document. I can also call on Roneta for extra hours during peak times, which is much more suitable to my needs then having to employ a permanent office assistant. Now I can focus on what I enjoy doing rather than spending excessive time on admin.
